29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) At 1002 Boss Hardy Road, Winder, GA; Southwest mid-edge of property; On or about September 15, 2022, and at times prior, the employer failed to instruct employees in on off road operations and safety precautions when operating a dump truck, exposing an employee to struck-by and crushed by hazards.
