29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program was not available or enforced to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At the jobsite located at 845 N Country Club Drive Crystal River, FL 34429 , on or about 9/15/22, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that a fall protection training program was not provided or enforced for employees to recognize the hazards of falling while roofing operations were being conducted on a residential home approximately 15 feet in height.
