29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employer does not provide training in recognition of the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow to minimize these hazards. This most recently occurred on or about September 15, 2022, located at the 8110 Chesapeake Way, Pickerington, Ohio, 43147 jobsite. The employer failed to develop and implement a fall hazard training program for employees with exposure to fall hazards of up to 31 feet while performing residential framing work onsite. Jerry Turnbaugh was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1506122, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 841 Village Mill Road, Pickerington, OH 43147.
