29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B):Additional retraining was not provided whenever a periodic inspection under 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6) revealed that there were deviations from or inadequacies in the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures: At the FedEx location at 3530 Industrial Drive, Joplin MO employees were exposed to energized machine hazards when retraining was not provided after a periodic inspection or inadequacies in the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures were found. This was documented on or about 8/22/2022 when an employee was hospitalized resulting in amputation after conducting maintenance on a conveyor. Retraining has not been completed.
