29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: At a manufacturing facility located at 1811 E 267th Street, Harrisonville Missouri 64701, on September 8, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the forklift operator looked in the direction of travel and maintain a clear view of the path of travel and the surroundings thus exposing employees to caught-in, crushing, and struck-by hazards associated with operating forklifts.
