29 CFR 1926.651(i)(3): Sidewalks, pavements, or appurtenant structures had been undermined and a support system or another method was not provided to protect employees from the possible collapse of such structures: a) 2500 block Atlantic Ave (intersection) Texas Ave (Intersection), Atlantic City, NJ 08401: Employees at this location were exposed to struck by and engulfment hazard(s) when working in an excavation with undermined roadways. Condition observed on or about September 8th, 2022.
