29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k): a) At 704 Tiger Trail, Lot 117 Wyndham Village, Opelika, Alabama: On August 30, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 8 inches to the ground below.
