29 CFR 1926.304(d):Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: At a worksite located at 1156 of the woodland Trails residential development in Greenwood, Missouri, an employer exposed employees to amputation hazards. The employer exposed employees to these hazards by allowing the use circular saws that did not have functioning lower retractable saw blade covers.
