29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: a. Located at 260 Whitetail Trail, Johnstown, OH 43031: Agners Framing Construction did not enforce the use of eye protection for employees exposed to flying particles resulting from the operation of a pneumatic nail gun. Agners Framing Construction LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1531517, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 161 Crimson Drive, Newark, OH 43055.
