29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident: (a) On or about August 10, 2022, breaker box LC1 was found with its circuit breakers generally marked to indicate multiple workstations and dock packages but the purpose was not evident in that workstations and dock package(s) were not identified by numbers or other indicators exposing employees evaluating/troubleshooting dock door systems and their related components to an electrical shock hazard.
