29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Dolgencorp LLC. dba Dollar General located at 2815A Ridge Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19121, Stock room: On or about August 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure that there was sufficient access to the circuit breaker panel. Boxes and U-boats with merchandise blocked the access to the circuit breaker panel in the stock room area. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1601808, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1106 W. Jackson St. Thomasville, GA 31792. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483184, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11 River Rd #35 Bergen, NJ 07031.
