29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about July 28, 2022, at the jobsite located at 1360 Bluebird Drive, Oconomowoc, WI, employees were installing shingles on a roof with a 7:12 pitch without any fall protection in place while exposed to approximately an 8 foot fall. The Kike's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384312, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9592 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum WI 53040.
