Location: 754 Grand Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211 On or about 7/13/2022, a) A stairway system consisting of approximately 12 risers and rising approximately 8 feet was not equipped with a handrail on either of its enclosed sides. Employees used it to access the work area in the basement level.
