29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems a) Jobsite: 3127 Richmond St., Philadelphia, PA 19135 - On or about June 24, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that the employees conducting demolition work along unprotected sides & edges on the 2nd story of a residential structure were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
