29 CFR 1910.176(b):Storage of material created a hazard: a) 400 Front Street #1 Collegeville, PA: On or about July 25, 2022, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from boxes and merchandise that were not stacked or limited in height so that they could not slide and/or collapse. Homegoods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1448923, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2339 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, FL, 34994.
