29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) For equipment at the establishment such as, but not limited to, laminators, pleaters and glue machines, on or about 07/21/2022 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to potential amputation and electrical shock hazards, in that, employees were not trained on the specific lockout tagout methods for energy isolation.
