Employers must ensure that the in-plant transfer, handling, storage, and use of acetylene in cylinders comply with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2003 ("Acetylene") (Compressed Gas Association, Inc., 11th ed., 2003). a) 20262 Donovans Road Georgetown, DE - On or about July 26, 2022, it was determined that the employer did not properly store and/or support the empty fuel gas cylinders that were lying on the ground at the entrance of the building where smelting occurs and the Powered Industrial Truck [PIT] and other earth moving equipment is being driven.
