29 CFR 1926.652(e)(2)(ii): Installation of a support system was not closely coordinated with the excavation of trenches: a) R. Nichols Civil Contractors LLC, SE corner of E. Montview Blvd and Chester St., Aurora, CO 80010: On or about 7/20/2022, the employer did not ensure that workers were protected by a protective system while working in a trench at a depth greater than five feet cut in type B and C soils. Employees were exposed to cave-in hazards.
