29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Jara Construction Inc., at the jobsite located at 2728 Cranbrooke Ln., Lot 2726, Delaware, Ohio 43015: On and/or preceding July 19, 2022, the employer failed to provide employees with a fall protection training program for the recognition of fall hazards and procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards greater than 24 feet.
