29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms. a) Stateroom 2, 4-7, 11, and 12: On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, employees were provided and utilized a shower and sink basin with non-potable water provided for washing, exposing employees to biological health hazards. b) Laundry Room community shower: On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, employees were provided and utilized a shower and wash machine with non-potable water for washing of persons, exposing them to biological hazards. c) Galley: On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, non-potable water was used for washing of food, washing the food preparation area, and washing of dishes, exposing employees to biological hazards. d) Processing Line: On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, non-potable water was used for processing fish and cleaning the fish equipment area, exposing employees to biological hazards.
