29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) 604 Warehouse - On or about July 13, 2022, a relocatable power tap was observed for use of a computer station and accessories. The relocatable power tap was securely affixed to the wall, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) VMS Bldg. 616 - On or about July 13, 2022, a relocatable power tap permanently affixed to fencing was daisy chained with an extension cord and used to supply power to portable power tools for vehicle maintenance, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
