29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3):Employees exposed to the hazards created by welding, cutting, or brazing operations were not protected by personal protective equipment in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.132: a) Bush Hog, Inc. worksite, building 1: On or about July 4, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the employer directed the use of cutting torch work tasks in the presence of combustible dust and did not ensure appropriate personal protective equipment was available and used.
