29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(7): Ladder(s) that were unsecured or not provided with slip-resistant feet were used on slippery surfaces: a) 109 North Avenue, Jonesboro, Amenity Space/NW area - On or about July 5, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that a Louisville Aluminum Stepladder was secured lashing or holding the ladder when used on slippery surfaces, while an employee used it as an extension ladder to access the second floor, 11 feet and 6.5 inches above a lower level to install electrical boxes and receptacles.
