29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program: a) On or about July 11, 2022 and at times prior, the employer did not develop nor implement a written hazard communication program. Employees used chemicals including but not limited to, Great Stuff Fireblock Insulating Foam, Mapelastic Smart Part A, and cut Fiber Cement Board which contained crystalline silica.
