On or about July 11, 2022, at the facility located at N4993 6th Drive, Westfield, Wisconsin, the provided safety system information was incomplete and did not include safety system information including, but not limited to: remote Ammonia Refrigeration System/Component E-stops, remote computer control for Ammonia Refrigeration System, fire suppression systems, and Ammonia Refrigeration System component safety-related interlocks.
