29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: a) Throughout the facility, located at 2016 Trade Center Blvd., Rincon, GA 31326, on or about July 6, 2022, at at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure employees working throughout the building were protected from powered industrial truck traffic by having designated lanes of travel, free from pedestrian traffic.
