29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: On or about July 1, 2022, the employer had not provided proper medical care for an employee that was severely injured due to being sprayed with hot oil. The employer did not call for EMS and had other employees transport the injured employee to the hospital 4 miles away, approximately 11 minutes by vehicle.
