29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal arrest system. a) New residential construction located on Lot #32 at Philips Grove, Orlando FL, Front side of structure: On or about July 6, 2022, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 14-feet, 1-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees using two 12" pump jack scaffold planks system to access and/or provide materials to the mobile scaffold that was approximate 12 feet away.
