29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. (a) On of about July 7, 2022 and times prior the employer had not performed annual periodic inspections of the energy control procedures mechanical power presses, hydraulic presses, buffers, oilers, and other metal fabricating equipment to ensure that procedures and requirements of the standard are being followed and that employees who implement energy control procedures understand their application.
