29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a.) On or about June 28, 2022, at the residential construction site in Kissimmee, Florida, the employer had not trained employees to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to minimize these hazards, in that, employees installing roof trusses while standing on the top chord of the wood trusses without fall protection and were exposed to a 11-foot fall hazard.
