At a worksite located at 4800 Country Club Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109: Employer did not provide employee with complete list of the hazardous chemicals in the work place. On or about July 21, 2022, the employer did not maintain a complete written list of hazardous chemicals that were present in the workplace and accessible to employees.
