29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite located 129 East Cumberland Street, Philadelphia, PA.: The employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations from the 3rd level of the residential building, approximately 30 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. Condition observed on or about June 24, 2022. AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1533829, Citation Number , Item Number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on January 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 210 W Cumberland St, Philadelphia, PA.
