29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: (a) This violation occurred on or about June 10, 2022, where the employer did not ensure the annual energy control inspections of the energy control program were followed for the frame cutting machines. Employees were exposed to an amputation hazard.
