29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(vi)(B): A three foot minimum clearance was not maintained for headroom of working spaces about service equipment, switchboards, panel boards, or motor control centers. a. On or about 06/09/2022, In the electrical room, employees were exposed to electrical contact hazards, in that, the electrical panels were blocked by stored items which prevented the 3' minimum clearance from being maintained.
