29 CFR 1926.1101(e)(5): The employer did not ensure that employees did not eat, drink, smoke, chew tobacco or gum, or apply cosmetics in the regulated area: Employees were exposed to toxic or hazardous substances at a worksite located at 12650 Manchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030: This was demonstrated when employees were drinking bottles of water inside a regulated area where asbestos-containing material in the form of transite siding was being forcibly removed and made firable. The drinking of water inside a regulated area last occurred on or about June 3, 2022.
