29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: At a worksite located at 614 W Johnathan Dr, Marionville, MO 65705: Employees were exposed to fire hazards. This occurred on or about May 25, 2022, and at times prior to when employees were working in paint booths where combustible materials were stored within 3 feet or less of the paint booth perimeter. This included, but was not limited to cardboard materials, wooden cabinets, and flammable liquid containers.
