29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Backroom, on or about 6/3/20222: A portable fire extinguisher on the West Wall was blocked by merchandise. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1461290, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1415 Ellis Ave., Jackson, MS 39212. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450479, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/7/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1111 N.
