Located at 9106 Palomino Drive, Pickerington, Ohio 43147: On or about May 31, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees working from the ground level below the overhead roofing work were protected from the overhead hazards with head protection, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
