29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) On or about 05/20/2022, at 4830 NW 65 Avenue Fort Lauderdale FL 33319, employees engaged in concrete stucco work, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet from a scaffold that was missing guardrails.
