29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) Dollar General Store #3830 1104 North Way Darien, GA 31305: The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent electrical hazards in areas in front of electrical panels as demonstrated on or about June 1, 2022, in the receiving/storage room where employees move, work, and retrieve merchandise. In that, access to electrical panels was blocked by a pallet jack, boxes, and roll tainers. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that the area in front of electrical panels is not used for storage. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550619, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2381 Dawes Road Mobile, AL 36695. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500289 , citation number 1, item number 1-b, and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 514 North Antrim Way Greencastle, PA 17225. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483184, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11 River Rd #35, North Arlington, NJ 07031.
