29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2):Each exit must be clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit." a. On and about May 24, 2022, DolGen Midwest LLC DBA Dollar General located at 3636 Lockbourne Road, Columbus, OH 43207, the employer did not ensure that the emergency exit in the store room was marked "Exit", therefore delaying egress for employees in the event of an emergency. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited under the name Dolgencorp, LLC DBA Dollar General Store #6556 for an OTHER THAN SERIOUS violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1301615, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 17 East State Street, Quarryville, PA 17566.
