29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): On or about May 13, 2022, the employer at 2421 Morral Kirkpatrick Road in Morral, Ohio failed to conduct a written Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Assessment to determine what PPE employees should wear when cleaning the tanker trucks both on the inside and the outside of the trucks using pressure washers and various chemical cleaners.
