29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) a) On or about May 10, 2022, on the dock, near the shore power disconnect panels, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard in that flexible cords and cables connected to devices did not have strain relief.
