29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: a) On August 22, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20 feet to the ground while performing carpentry work from an elevated wood platform supported by the forks of a JLG 6042 all terrain forklift. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
