29 CFR 1910.110(d)(10): Precautions were not taken to prevent damage to LP gas system(s) from vehicular traffic: (a) Propane tank storage area; On or about May 10, 2022, employees working near the area where the employer stores the propane tanks were exposed to a struck by hazard, in that the employer did not ensure the propane tanks were protected from damage by vehicular traffic.
