29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use At jobsite located at 158th Terr, Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to gasoline and asphalt shingles, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer did not maintain the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used at the workplace.
