29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. (a) At the Lamination Facility located at 113 Milledgeville Road, Eatonton, GA: On or about April 20, 2022, all employees working in the lamination warehouse were exposed to a potential smoke inhalation and fire hazard when the exit on the side of the building was blocked by equipment.
