29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) In the crawlspace of a residential home, located at 2912 East Atlantic Ave., Savannah, GA 31405, on or about April 18, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were instructed and permitted to work in a crawl space containing overhead hazards without proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
