29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):The floor of a workroom was not maintained in a clean condition. a) Production area/Blending department: On or about 04/05/2022, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the floor of a workroom was not maintained in a clean condition when the tea and tea dust generated by blending equipment such as, but not limited to, bag slitter machinery , was accumulated on the floor of a workroom and was not removed.
