29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Hansen Mueller Company on or about April 14, 2022, at the address of 1800 N. Water St. Toledo, OH: the employer did not ensure that the flexible cords used to power the pendant for the rail load station was connected to fittings that provided strain relief. Employees that operated the equipment in this condition were exposed to electrical shock/electrocution.
